The Biochemistry Cycle of Study is designed to give you an understanding of how the building blocks of life work. Matter is made of atoms and once you understand how these atoms behave, you can start to unlock the larger developments of life like proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids and lipids.
What You Will Learn
Starting with the building blocks of matter (atoms) you will explore how atoms behave, try to become stable, and form bonds to make larger molecules. When you know how larger molecules are structured you can venture into the arena of the four macromolecules, which are so important to all of life. Furthermore, these bonds that the atoms form will help you understand how solutions behave. This Cycle of Study also includes introductions to scientific norms and how to perform proper measurements.
